Associate Principal or Associate Mechanical Engineer to be permanently based in the companies established Oxfordshire offices. To lead multiple teams across the entire frim towards set criteria.
Key Area’s of Accountability:
Direct responsibility to ensure that design and technical excellence is valued and integrated into all projects deliverable.
Motivates Team towards high performance
Creates a stimulating and optimal working environment that promotes high calibre design and engineering solutions.
Assumes responsibility for a segment of the practice; fee negotiation, contract deliverables and leads team to meet business objectives.
Responsible for the productivity and financial performance of team

Key skill requirements:
CEng or working towards.
Relevant Mechanical Engineering or Building Services qualification (ideally degree level).
Significant UK Building Services experience successfully delivering a diverse range of projects.
