Position & Company:

We are currently recruiting for a very well established and successful Building Services Consultancy based in Essex with purpose built offices. Due to expansion we are looking to recruit an M&E CAD Technician to join the successful CAD Team currently in place. The successful candidate will have a minimum 1 years AutoCAD experience within the Building Services, M&E, Built Environment sectors.

This will be an excellent opportunity to further develop your career within the Building Services market and CAD Development. Working with experts in the field and further down the line the opportunity to work and learn on 3D Revit MEP / BIM projects.

Specific Requirements / Experience Required

We require just 1 years 2D AutoCAD experience within the Building Services market
Experienced and comfortable working within a fast paced environment
Strong IT skills in all Microsoft packages
Good Team player
Good Communication skills
